Cracking the code on eyeliner tattooing! Many of you know I used to be less than enthusiastic about eyeliner tattooing, UNTIL NOW! Finally I can do eyeliner/LASHLINE enhancement with minimal swelling and discomfort. I took finding the right teacher! This technique is soft and the color is placed between the rows of lashes, not one harsh little line. I love a good before and after! She had these brows done four years ago, and they had faded almost completely away. We just did my crocheting to work with the old pigment still present, and got a beautiful result!

A victim of the 99’s when we all plucked our brows to make them thinner like Pamala Anderson. She’d had them tattooed 20 years ago and the remaining pigment was very red. This is much easier to cover than grey. She grew out what she could and I helped reshape and give her back the brows she used to have. Microshading/powder brows for the win! 🥰

If your eyebrows are looking too solid or too cool in tone (ashey) you should do at least one or two rounds of laser tattoo removal before refreshing them. It is best to take out the old pigment as much as possible, so the old color is faded enough to do fresh clean, beautiful work. I bet you didn’t know that was a chili pepper. One session of laser took out all the black that had expanded and remained at the surface. Once removed you can now see the red of the pepper and the green of the leaves. Laser removal helps to fade or eliminate an old tattoo so a coverup is way easier to accomplish without having to work around or with old distorted work.

It’s important to me that my work looks natural after they are healed. This is a combination of nano strokes with light shading. Cosmetic tattooed brows don’t have to look “done” as in overdone.
