Also, with skincare in my opinion less is more, the less complicated the homecare routine is, the better. There’s less risk of something going wrong. Keep it simple, be patient, try not to stress or try to “speed up the process”, making uninformed decisions.

What does double cleansing do?
The skin has natural oils which tend to hinder product absorption into deeper layers.
Dead skin cells and debri are also, always found on the surface of the skin
🧴The first step of double cleansing is usually oil based, to absorb excess oils off the skin, remember science, oil loves oil
🧴Step 2 on this sequence is a clay microexfoliator, this step exfoliates, removed dead skin cells and this clay mixes well with the oil and removes it, so that no excess oil residue is left on the skin. Remember if oils are in excess, water based product absorption will be hinders
🧴3rd step is a foaming cleanser, this cleans the skin, brightens and leaves the skin clean without stripping the barrier
A double cleanse is followed by toning, to rebalance the skins pH and and clean hard to reach areas like your pores
