From "wherever, whenever" to a real plan ✨
This client is a perfect example of why consistency changes everything. She used to only think about her hair when it was almost an emergency — booking with whoever had space, getting worked on by different people each time, never quite happy, and always feeling like she needed a "big change" every visit because there was never a plan behind it.
When she came to me, I asked her one question: would she be happy with a really pretty, natural blonde? Yes. So we built a plan around it — 8-weekly appointments, no more waiting until it's dire.
She's stuck to it beautifully. This is about 3-4 visits in, and I wish I'd taken a proper before photo because the difference is everything — her condition has improved so much and our colour is finally even and consistent, visit after visit.
