🌿 STEP INTO SUPERVISION WITH ASCHP

The Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP) is pleased to announce another Supervisor Training for ASCHP Counsellors, taking place online on 22 & 23 September 2026.

This comprehensive training is designed to prepare experienced counsellors to step into the important role of supervisor — providing reflective, ethical and supportive guidance to fellow ASCHP counsellors.

📚 The training covers four key modules:

✅ Foundations of Supervision – Understanding the role, purpose and functions of professional supervision
✅ Ethics & Boundaries – Navigating confidentiality, ethical dilemmas, boundaries and professional responsibilities
✅ Supervisory Skills & Structures – Developing effective supervision sessions, reflective practice and constructive feedback skills
✅ Managing Challenges in Supervision – Supporting counsellors through difficult situations, burnout, secondary trauma and ethical concerns

Participants will also explore practical supervision models, work through real-life case studies, develop a Supervision Contract, and reflect on their own supervisory philosophy.
