This weekend, in one video.

Every clip in here is a student showing up, hands on, fully in it, for three days that asked a lot of them. We are so proud of each and every person who walked through that door and gave everything to this course.

Teaching Level 2 is genuinely one of our favourite things to do. Watching this group grow from Friday to Sunday, watching technique turn into instinct, we are honestly blown away.

Thank you for trusting us with your weekend and your growth.

Hannah, thank you!

Reading this means more than we can properly put into words. Knowing that what we’ve built goes beyond just technique, that the care, the details, the way we welcome people, actually lands, that’s everything to us.

Getting to teach, to pass on what we’ve spent years learning and refining, is a privilege we don’t take lightly. Watching students like Hannah come back for a second training and walk away even more sure of what they’ve gained, that’s exactly why we do this.

Thank you for trusting us with your growth, Hannah. We’re so proud of you.

Day two, done.

Today was hands, focus, and a room full of therapists pushing their skills further than they were yesterday. From internal rotation work to the deeper layers we’ve been building toward all weekend, this group kept showing up for every second of it.

Well done to each of you. One more day to go, and we can’t wait to see where you land.

Day one of Level 2, done. And what a day it was.

So proud of this group, the focus, the effort, the way they showed up ready to go deeper into the work. Hands were tired, minds were full, and every single one of them pushed through it.

Today’s another long one. More hands-on time, more learning, more of that quiet moment when technique finally clicks and becomes something you feel instead of something you think about.

This is what growth looks like. Not easy, but worth it.

Curious about joining us for a future course? Send us a DM, we’d love to chat.

What We Actually Believe

Good technique that wrecks your body isn’t good technique.

That’s the belief this entire method is built on. We’ve felt what it’s like to leave a session with sore hands and a tired back, and we’ve felt what it’s like to work efficiently, precisely, and walk away fine. There’s a difference, and most training doesn’t teach it.

Stretch Method SA exists because we wanted therapists to have both, real skill and a body that can keep doing this work for years.

That’s not a slogan for us. It’s the reason the course exists at all.

Why We Built This

We didn’t set out to build a course. We set out to fix a problem.

Carly and I spent years travelling, learning under different teachers, trying different modalities. Some of it was brilliant for the client and brutal on the therapist’s body. Some looked good in theory and fell apart after the tenth session of the day.

So we stopped copying and started building. We took what worked, left out what didn’t, and made something that protects the therapist as much as it helps the client. That’s the whole philosophy behind Stretch Method SA, technique that lasts, in bodies that last.

That’s what we teach. That’s what we practice ourselves.

We are beyond excited for this coming weekend. Level 2 is loading!

14–16 August is closer than you think.

Level 2 is coming, and if you’ve been following along, you know this is the course we’re most excited to run. It’s not a repeat of Level 1 with new names for the same moves. You’ll go further into internal rotation, work through the fascial and muscular layers into the joint capsule itself, and spend real time working from behind your client, learning to feel what you can’t see.

For our Level 2 students, get ready. For everyone else, this is your sign to ask us how to get in the room.

Three days. A whole new level of skill.

This is what Level 2 looks like in motion. Deeper stretches, more internal rotation work, and sequences that push into the fascial layers and joint capsule rather than staying at the surface.

A lot of this course has you working with your back to your client, which changes everything. You’re not checking a face for cues, you’re feeling for tension and change in the tissue itself. It’s a different kind of listening, and it’s one of the biggest shifts between Level 1 and Level 2.

For everyone joining us on 14–16 August, this is a small taste of what’s ahead. We can’t wait to have you back in the room.

In just under two weeks, you’ll be back on the table with us for three days that take everything from Level 1 further.

This time, we go deeper into the fascial layers, the muscle and the joint capsule. You’ll spend a lot more time working with internal rotation, reaching ranges most sessions never touch. And a good portion of the course has you facing away from your client, which means you can’t rely on watching a face for feedback. You have to feel the tissue and read the tension through your hands alone.

In Level 1, the routine itself is the assessment, it teaches you to read the body while you work. Level 2 takes that same principle and asks more of it, more depth, more precision, more trust in what your hands are telling you.

If you’re joining us on 14–16 August, get ready.

Not booked in yet? Level 2 builds directly on Level 1, so you’ll need that under your belt first. Good news, our next Level 1 course runs 9–11 October. Get in touch and we’ll get you on the path to Level 2.

People assume we went overseas, learned a course, and brought it home exactly as it was taught.

That’s not what happened.

We travelled, studied under different teachers, tried different modalities, fascial stretch, myofascial decompression, table stretching, assisted stretch therapy, and none of it left us satisfied enough to just copy and paste it back home.

Some techniques were brilliant for the client but brutal on the therapist’s body. Some worked in theory but didn’t hold up session after session, year after year, on real bodies in a real practice. So we kept what worked, adapted what didn’t, and left out what wasn’t sustainable.

Stretch Method SA isn’t one course we found. It’s every course we’ve ever taken, filtered through years of asking three questions: what do our clients actually need, what protects the therapist’s body long term, and what can we stand behind completely.

That’s blood, sweat, and honestly a few tears, poured into something built from scratch. Not copied. Not cookie cutter.

Built here, for here.
