Natalie Gripper, a registered Biokineticist (Clinical Exercise Specialist), is an allied health professional, who has over 20 years experience, using specific, prescribed exercise as a therapeutic tool. Helping many people with specific conditions such as injuries, pre and post orthopaedic operations. Prescribed exercise completes the medical treatment plan for chronic conditions such as obesity, hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, cardiac (heart) conditions, diabeties, sleep disorders, depression / anxiety and stress management, to name a few.
