This past weekend our team attended the Marcus Medical Interventional Insights (MMII) Conference where Dr Dale chaired an esteemed panel discussion on Biliary Drainage Management with Professor Charles Sanyika, Dr Praveen Peddu (IR consultant from Kings College Hospital in London) and Dr Gercois.
Dr Gercois also presented on Biliary Obstruction Management, Portal Vein Thrombosis, and Dr Dale on the future of Biliary Drainage.

Dr Gary is currently in Edinburgh, Scotland, attending the Society of Paediatric Interventional Radiology (SPIR) Congress, where he is championing the continued development and advancement of Paediatric Interventional Radiology in South Africa.
As South Africa’s only fellowship-trained Paediatric Interventional Radiologist, Dr Gary is helping to build awareness, expertise and opportunities for this specialised field locally. He is now further expanding his expertise through an Adult Body Interventional Radiology Fellowship under the leadership of Dr Dale Creamer.
We are incredibly proud to see South African expertise represented on an international stage - and even prouder of Dr Gary’s commitment to advancing Paediatric Interventional Radiology for the future!
