A warm batch of cookies is always a good idea 🍪 These Pistachio Cookies are made with just a handful of ingredients and are free from gluten, dairy, and refined sugar 🍫💚
Save this one for your next sweet craving!
INGREDIENTS
· 1 cup FtN Dry-Roasted Pistachio Nuts
· 1 ripe banana
· ¼ cup CocoaFair 71% Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped
· Sea salt, to finish (optional)
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Add the pistachios to a food processor and pulse until finely ground, leaving a few small chunks for texture.
3. Transfer the pistachios to a bowl, add the banana and mash together until a dough forms.
4. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
5. Scoop about 2 tbsp of dough per cookie onto the prepared tray. Gently press and shape each one into a round cookie.
6. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until the bottoms begin to brown.
7. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt, if you like, and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

You’ve found your next coffee break obsession: Whipped Honey Iced Latte 🤎 A fluffy whipped blend of coffee and FtN Raw Fynbos Honey, spooned over ice-cold oat milk ✨
INGREDIENTS
· 250 g FtN Raw Fynbos Honey
· 20 g (1/3 cup) instant coffee
· 50 ml hot water
· Oat milk, to serve
· Ice, to serve
☕ Serves: 4-6
METHOD
1. Add the honey to a mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer, whip for several minutes until pale, thick, and creamy.
2. Add the instant coffee to the whipped honey, pour over the hot water, and immediately start whipping again.
3. Whip for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is pale, fluffy, and thick enough to spoon.
4. Fill a glass with ice and pour over the oat milk, leaving a little space at the top.
5. Spoon over the whipped honey coffee mixture, stir, and enjoy!
