Men Enhancement by Asantee.

Self confidence.

Watching Men wear tight gym clothing makes me feel uncomfortable to wear the outfits that they wear.

In order for me to feel comfortable and build self confidence, I wear a vest, t-shirt and a cotton short under my gym clothing as seen in the pic below. (Call it cheating 🤫, i call it success in progress).

This is an option one can choose for gyming. It definitely works for me.

Today, I attended a trial base BODYTECH EMS training. I truly enjoyed it and will be signing up for a 3 month contract just to see if the results will be as promised.

All you need to know about Bodytech:

High intensity, low impact! EMS activates up to 90% of muscles simultaneously. Impulses are combined with low-impact exercises for an intense full-body workout supervised by a qualified personal trainer.

If you have a Nedbank account or FNB account, I would recommend you purchase a trial base via the App. It would only cost you R50.

20 min a week. Amazing, no need to stress about going to the gym. 20 min is all it takes to get your body ready for perfection.

Try it for only R50 on via the nedbank or FNB app.

Promotion running till the end of august.

This page is to Motivate me and other men out there, to feel good about ourselves and to explore the options.

I'm seeking good options at a cost price for me, if you feel some of these ideas, products and or options is with in your budget or could possibly work for you, then why not make yourself look and feel good.

No plastic Surgery needed. No long hours required for good results.

I will be testing everything first. I want to see results, and help others in the process.
