Alisons Soap Studio offers workshops for people to learn how to make their own nourishing body care
Alison's Soap Studio grew out of my disappointment in conventional cosmetics and products.Not only are they way overpriced ( you pay for the packaging and brand) but I am totally committed to the use of 100 % natural, preferably organic, products with no harmful additives or preservatives.Thus for instance my soap base is 100 % organic goats milk and we only use pure essential oils as opposed to cheaper fragrances which can cause allergies in sensitive skins.All of my creams contain amazing ingredients like organic shea and cocoa butter, beeswax, almond and coconut oils-to name just a few. The idea of offering workshops designed around making soaps and creams was borne through a need to give people a space where they can be creative and connect with others and learn about and experiment with natural ingredients..We also have fun at these workshops and you go home with an array of goodies all packaged by yourselves with ab fab decorations. Als workshops offer an opportunity to learn something new and take home a selection of nourishing bath, face and body products that work wonders in moisturising and energising the skin. I am also launching ( soon) a small range of speciality soaps and face and body products-so watch this space
