A little explanation behind our 50% deposit policy 🌿

When you book an appointment at Whispering Waters, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

As a small, private, appointment-only spa, I’m unable to offer that same time to another client once it has been reserved.
For this reason, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The deposit is then deducted from your treatment total, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment.

Please remember that deposits are subject to our cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and no-show policies.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. 🤍
