I was at Thembisa first week of October 2020 and I was so sick my sugar was very high. The doctor at Thembisa gave me medication from Sportron - now Healthgarde. It was Glucoplex and Magnetone D. It helped me a lot as my sugar level is not higher anymore. This really helped me - I am happy.

Hi my name is Bontle Koee, a receptionist for Healthgarde Southern Africa. As a young lady, I find that I have a skin problem, therefore, I tried using one of our best product aloe vera gel to help me with my pimples, it is clinically proven to fade away dark masks for a smooth and even-toned appearance, it also works to boost the skin's natural brightening ability for a perfectly natural-looking radiant complexion. It's a natural cleanser and moisturizer.
