12月年结前，先把账目进度检查清楚

如果公司是12月年结，现在已经进入10月，这个阶段就应该开始确认账目目前处理到哪里，而不是等到最后一个月才一次过追资料。

这个时候可以先逐项检查：

• 账目是否已经处理到9月.

• Bank Reconciliation 是否已经完成.

• Sales、Purchases 和 Expenses 是否完整入账.

Having cash in the bank does not always mean the business is truly profitable.

When business owners see customer payments coming in, regular sales deposits, and available cash in the bank account, it is easy to assume that the company is making a profit. But from an accounting perspective, bank balance and business profit are not the same thing.
