After the spin bike disappointment, this has gone down well. 😎🦸🏻♀️

Was a right Grumpy Gus the other day when my spin bike purchase arrived and it was suitable only for an athletic hobbit! I’ve never sat on a spin bike so small! After all the construction it then had to be dismantled and reboxed. 🙈🙈🙈🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼

10k in the bag, new medal! Sooooo humid and sweaty! Had to stop at every hydration station and guzzle the water!!
Kit pick up… ready for the Techcombank Hanoi Marathon… 10k tomorrow!
Morning commute… sunshine and nature…. Adding to the step count. What’s your morning commute like?

Time to try something new… joining the craze sweeping the globe…. Pickleball!! We managed to hit lunchtime when all the courts were free because the Vietnamese disappear off for Pho!

When the commute is too short for a bicycle and sometimes just a little too long a walk be creative with your mode of transport!

3 years ago I did my first very sweaty 10k in Hanoi! Now I’m back and I have clearly forgotten the horror and have signed up for the same race in a couple of weeks time! Hopefully the Vietnamese weather will change or I’ll be swimming it! 😆🏃🏻

Seeking out the good, healthy food! Omelette packed full of asparagus, green leaves and ham. A brunchy dinner but definitely what the body needed.
This has to be one of my favourite groups of morning exercisers! Out there super early, enjoying the morning, the friendship and the music! Even better is the lady behind the bushes who dances alone to their music with a big smile on her face waving me a happy good morning!
