I don’t normally complain, but spending my Friday night performing “open-heart surgery” on my hydro machine wasn’t on my schedule. 🛠️💦

All three parts giving me trouble were purchased less than six months ago. For what this equipment costs, I expected better quality and support.

I placed a $300 replacement-part order, only to learn AFTER paying that the parts were backordered for 4–6 weeks. That wasn’t listed on the website—it appeared in the confirmation email.

Calls, emails, and a service-call ticket… still no response.

Luckily, uploading a quick picture to Amazon helped me find replacement parts that arrived the next day. I’d already purchased replacement tubing from Amazon months ago, too.

As a small business owner, I can’t afford to let my machine sit unusable for weeks. When the vendor won’t call me back, I have to figure out the problem myself.

Tonight, I got the water pumping again. But keeping my business running shouldn’t mean having to become my own equipment repair department. We deserve products that last and customer service that responds.
