Dr. Primeau has done it again with these incredible results!

One of the things that sets us apart is our integrated plastic surgery and medical spa practice. Having both under one roof allows us to combine surgical and nonsurgical treatments to help patients achieve their goals.

For this patient, Dr. Primeau performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, canthopexy, and facial fat grafting to restore volume in select areas. Her treatment plan also included Botox and dermal fillers with PA injector Bernice Li to further refine her results.

This 39-year-old patient came to see Dr. Primeau after losing 150 pounds over several years. She had done the hard work of weight loss but was left with excessive loose skin that affected her confidence.

Dr. Primeau suggested a brachioplasty (commonly referred to as an arm lift) to remove and tighten the skin. The results speak for themselves.

An arm lift does typically require a long incision. The good news, however, is that the scar typically fades over the course of a year to 18 months and is often unnoticeable once healing is complete. Additionally, supportive healing measures such as the use of medical grade silicone gel, Morpheus8, and even microneedling can help reduce the appearance of scars.
