Professional Referral Exchange-York, Pennsylvania

Last Tuesday we had the pleasure of hearing from Kevin Bruck at Bruck Therapy

For nearly 30 years, Bruck Therapy has specialized in Myofascial Release (MFR) — a gentle, hands-on technique that works with both the muscles and the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every structure in the body.

Unlike relaxation massage, Myofascial Release uses slow, sustained pressure to soften and lengthen the tissue. This allows the body to naturally restore balance without force, medication, or invasive treatment. Many clients are often surprised to learn that pain in one area may be caused by restrictions in another - such as foot pain stemming from tightness in the calf.

Contact Kevin today and let's relieve that pain https://www.brucktherapy.com/

This week's speaker was Mark Lane from Eco York, on what AI says about your business when someone goes looking for one like yours.

He opened with three questions and had everyone keep a hand up as long as they could still answer yes.

Ever Googled your own business? Every hand in the room.

Ever asked ChatGPT about it? A good number stayed up.

Do you know what it says when a customer asks for the best in your category and never mentions your name? That's where the hands came down.

His point: search used to hand you ten links and let you compare. Now people ask a question and get two or three names. Page two used to be bad, and now there is no page two.

The part that surprised the room is there's nothing to sign up for. AI builds a picture of you from whatever it already finds. Your website, your Google profile, old listings, reviews. That works right up until those things stop agreeing with each other, and then it just recommends somebody it can describe without guessing.

One of ours is already doing it right. Mark ran "best travel agent in York PA" the night before and Krouse Travel came up, because Yelp, Facebook and her own site all say the same thing about her business.

So try it. Ask ChatGPT for the best in your category in York and tell us in the comments what came back.

Did you show up? Did someone you've never heard of show up instead?
