Radiant Ruby Wellness

A little self-care between sessions! 💆‍♀️

Even a quick cupping session can be a great way to give areas of tension some attention. I especially love cupping for my shoulders, which take a beating between massaging, Jiu-Jitsu, and strength training!

As an LMT, I am working on doing better by practicing what I preach and making time for my own self-care, too. Even if it's only a few minutes at a time.

💭 I want to hear from you!

I’m always looking for ways to make Radiant Ruby Wellness better and offer services and experiences that my clients are actually interested in.

What kinds of services, combinations, or collaborations would you like to see?

✨ Massage + individual sound healing sessions
✨ Side-by-side / couples massage
✨ Massage + wellness or beauty service packages
✨ Pet wellness services or collaborations
✨ Collaborations with other local wellness, beauty, or pet professionals
✨ Special massage or wellness events
✨ A crystal far-infrared/PEMF mat for use during massage sessions

But I’d love to hear your ideas! Is there something you’ve always wanted to try, a service you’d love to pair with massage, or something you think would be a great addition for people or pets?

And if you’re a wellness, beauty, or pet professional interested in collaborating, I’d love to hear from you too! Send me a message and let’s chat. 🤍

🐾 Pet Salt Sessions 🐾

Sunday, October 11

Fall is here, and so are the changes it brings: drier indoor air, seasonal allergens, and more time spent inside. It's a great time to give your furry family members a little extra care.

During a pet salt session, dry salt is dispersed into the air of our salt room as a fine mist, a lot like breathing in fresh sea air at the beach. Many pet parents bring their companions to support easier breathing and healthy skin, and to give them a calm, cozy space to relax. 💚

You stay with your pet the whole time, so it's quiet time you get to share together. And you experience the benefits of Salt Therapy as well!!

🐶 Pet Salt Sessions happen on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month.

📅 Book your pet's spot at https://1881sanctuary.com/events or call 717-894-1881.
