Almost 4 yrs to the day I’ve been here. Yes, I know its pretty sketchy to leave flowers out in this location. Thank you to the bystanders that messaged me that it happened. He was cited with disorderly conduct. Not that he even cares. On a good note, the flowers are fine. (Electrical wire now seems like a great idea.
