At À La Mode Spa, our mission is to create balance in every service we provide as well as in our own daily lives. We do this by continuing to care for our environment by the products we use and the way that we strive to set an example in our community. CANCELLATION POLICY:
In consideration of our staff’s time and availability, it is each guest’s responsibility to notify our front desk 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation after this time will result in a charge for 50% of the scheduled service. Our staff reserves this time exclusively for you and it creates a hardship for them when it’s too late to have the opportunity to fill that time spot.
