The more I get involved with the farmer’s market, the more I appreciate the idea. Why buy produce trucked and stored for weeks, when you can get it fresh from the farmers! It’s a great place for start-ups to show/share their master pieces or their entrepreneur skills without committing to hefty overheads. If you are not a farmer’s market goer yet, become one and begin exploring!

Finally get lavender clippings in this baby and start the long distillery process to make lavender hydrosol.
The essential oil is IN the hydrosol, the process to separate the tiny bit of oil is nonsense so I don’t do it. You could use hydrosol as a toner, mist to add moisture to your skin anytime, or just mist in the air and enjoy the calming lavender aroma.
