I was looking out my front door and noticed this large bird landing on the house across the street from me. I quickly realized it was a beautiful Great Blue Heron. 💙🪶

Of course, I had to look up its spiritual meaning—and I love what it represents!

The Great Blue Heron symbolizes patience, intuition, wisdom, independence and divine timing. It reminds us not to force things, but to trust our intuition, observe what is unfolding and know when the time is right to move forward.

Watching him eventually spread those enormous wings and fly away made the moment even more beautiful.

The Harvest Moon gets its name because it is the Full Moon that occurs closest to the Autumn Equinox. Long ago, its bright evening light gave farmers extra time after sunset to gather the season’s crops — making it a symbol of harvest, abundance and gratitude.

It’s been two weeks since I came home from the QHHT retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I’m honestly still feeling the love, gratitude, and incredible energy from this experience. 💜

I was completely in my element there. I met so many beautiful, like minded people who quickly felt more like family. It’s hard to even put into words how special this retreat was.

We experienced so much together — an amazingly energetic drum circle, a beautiful cacao ceremony and exotic dance, and a hike through sacred land that left me feeling so peaceful and free. There’s something about walking through that incredible landscape, surrounded by nature and mountains, that just opens you up.

And then there was the alien meditation… absolutely magical! 👽✨ Later that evening, while looking up at the incredibly clear New Mexico sky, we spotted lights we believed were UFOs moving among the stars. Whatever they were, it made an already unforgettable evening feel even more magical.

The sound healing was another incredible experience — didgeridoos, drums, assorted instruments, and even a live bird adding its own sounds. The energy was unbelievable!

And Santa Fe itself… WOW. ❤️ The peacefulness, the clean air, the brilliant blue sky, the incredible white fluffy clouds and mountains in every direction. It truly felt like the perfect place for this retreat.

I came home feeling open hearted, mind expanded, grateful, energized, and changed in ways I’m still processing.

I am forever grateful to QHHT for creating such an incredible experience and to every beautiful soul who shared it with me. Two weeks later, I’m still smiling, still feeling the energy, and still riding that high.

Some experiences don’t end when you come home. They stay with you. This was definitely one of them. ✨💜
