The Finch & Oak Massage Studio

As the cooler months begin to arrive, I’ve been thinking about how much we’ve lost the art of ritual.

The slower mornings. The warm baths. The quiet moments. The simple act of creating something with intention and allowing yourself to pause.

So, we’re bringing a little of that back to The Finch & Oak.

Introducing our custom Salt Bar experience. A simple, sensory ritual designed to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and choose what you need in the moment.

We’ll take a little time to chat about how you’re feeling and what kind of experience you’re craving: calming, grounding, restorative, or uplifting.

Then, you’ll create your own custom salt blend using a selection of salts, botanicals, and aromatic ingredients to make something uniquely yours.

It’s not just about what goes into the jar.

It’s about the ritual of creating it.
The intention behind it.
And giving yourself permission to slow down.

Take your blend home and make it part of your own self-care ritual.

Welcome, Camryn! We are SO proud of you and can’t wait for everyone to experience your work! 🌿✨

Today is Camryn’s last day of massage clinic! 🎉

Let’s cheer her on as she finishes this chapter and gets ready to graduate on July 29th! I couldn’t be more proud of all the hard work, dedication, and heart she’s put into this journey.

So proud of you, Camryn! 💙👏

I’m curious. Camryn & I were talking about… talking during a massage. We both agreed we can go either way & it doesn’t bother us one bit if you’d like to talk or remain silent.
We know it can switch from session to session. Some days you feel like chatting & other times you need the calm of the room to float away.

So do you prefer:

🙊 Complete silence
