Ever wonder what all that gentle movement is actually doing? đź‘€
Lymphatic drainage uses light, intentional movements to encourage lymph flow and support your body’s natural process of moving excess fluid and waste.
Think of your lymphatic system as your body’s cleanup crew, and sometimes it needs a little direction.
It’s not about pushing harder. It’s about using the right technique, in the right direction, with the right amount of pressure.
Your body already knows what to do. We’re simply helping it along. 💜
Your gut might be more “leaky” than you think. 👀
Your gut lining is more than a digestive barrier. It plays a role in what enters your bloodstream and how your body communicates with your brain.
When that barrier becomes more permeable, it may be linked with things like bloating, digestive discomfort, brain fog, and low energy.
The gut-brain connection is real and your symptoms may be telling you to look deeper.
Want to understand what’s going on in your gut? DM me “GUT.” ✨
Lymphatic drainage is gentle, intentional work designed to support your body’s natural lymphatic flow.
From helping support fluid movement and reducing that heavy, puffy feeling to creating a deeply relaxing experience, every movement has a purpose.
✨ Gentle, methodical techniques
✨ Supporting healthy fluid movement
✨ A moment to slow down and reset
✨ Leaving you feeling lighter, relaxed, and cared for
Your body does a lot for you every day. Sometimes, it deserves a little support, too.
Have you tried lymphatic drainage before? What did you notice afterward? 👇🏽
Lymphatic drainage isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing it in the right order. 🤍
Before we focus on moving fluid, we first prepare the lymphatic pathways and gently stimulate the lymph nodes. From there, you can guide fluid intentionally along the body’s natural pathways.
Slow. Gentle. Intentional.
Every movement has a purpose because lymphatic work supports how your body is designed to flow.

A little lymphatic love, a little self-care, and a whole lot of feeling good. Would you try this treatment? đź‘€
Lymphatic drainage may be doing more than supporting fluid movement and reducing puffiness.
Research has also explored its connection to relaxation and the body’s stress response. 🤍
In a 2017 study published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science, researchers looked at cortisol levels in women experiencing menopausal symptoms before and immediately after a 30-minute lymphatic drainage treatment. They reported an approximately 44% decrease in cortisol following the session.
It’s interesting to see research exploring the relationship between lymphatic work, relaxation, and how the body responds to stress.
Have you noticed that you feel more relaxed after a lymphatic drainage session?
Tell me in the comments. 👇🏽

Your face can hold onto fluid too, especially when you’re feeling puffy, tired, or just not quite like yourself.
During a lymphatic drainage session, I gently stimulate the lymph nodes around the face and neck to support lymphatic flow and help reduce facial swelling and puffiness.
The treatment is full-body, with most of the time spent working from the neck down.

Taking time to care for your body isn’t just about how you look. It’s about slowing down, releasing tension, supporting your body, and making space for yourself.
Your body deserves care, too. DM me to learn more about our wellness and body treatments. 🤍
Sometimes self-care looks like stepping away from the noise and giving your body a chance to slow down. ✨
A little time to breathe, relax, and reconnect with yourself can make all the difference. Give yourself permission to pause.
What does your ideal reset look like?
When your fascia feels tight or restricted, it can affect more than just how your body feels.
The fascia and lymphatic system work closely together, and when we support both, we can encourage better lymphatic flow, circulation, and fluid movement. đź’ś
That’s why I love this kind of hands-on work. It can help reduce that feeling of puffiness, heaviness, and water retention, while leaving you feeling lighter and more comfortable in your body.
Sometimes, it’s not about doing more. It’s about helping your body move and flow the way it’s meant to.
