✨ A Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy ✨

As our salon continues to grow, we’ve seen an increase in last-minute cancellations and appointment changes. We wanted to take a moment to reshare our cancellation policy as a reminder to all of our valued clients.

This is the same policy Studio Ninety8 has had in place since day one. It isn’t new, we’re simply reinforcing it to help keep our schedules running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, it not only impacts your stylist’s time and income, but it also takes away an appointment that another client may have been hoping to book.

To help protect our stylists’ time and ensure appointment availability for others, our cancellation policy will continue to be enforced as outlined.

Our booking system requires a valid card on file. If your card information is outdated or has changed, your stylist may ask you to update your Vagaro booking profile before your next appointment.

We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our team’s time. Thank you for helping us provide the best possible experience for every client who walks through our doors. 🖤
