Hello, my wonderful followers and clients,
I wanted to bring something up in regards to scheduling appointments with me. If you are planning on seeing me for an appointment when you call, you must ask for ME, Martha to be your aesthetician. If you do not, you will get scheduled with somebody else.
This is regularly been coming to my attention, especially with my repeat and even long term clients they’ve been scheduled on either days that I’m not working or with another technician. Which means when they rebook, they are rebooked with the other technician again and I lose a long-term client.
It’s important I build my clientele , and my clients see me regularly so I can help them through their skin care journey.
✅If the front desk does not ASK you who you would like to have your treatment with please make sure you ask for me.
✅If I am not available on that day ask for an appointment on another day I am working to ensure you get your appointment with me.
I’ve been very frustrated lately, it seems many of my long-term clients have been rebooked or scheduled on days that I don’t work or with other technicians.
I appreciate your trust in me with your skin and I want to remind you I’m here for your skin care needs and to assist you with every appointment towards your skin journey. 💕
