There is a non-fundable booking deposit that is REQUIRED to confirm your appointment. The fee varies depending upon the service you select. DEPOSITS: Every appointment requires a $25-$100 non-refundable, deposit. Deposits WILL go toward your service balance! Deposits can be sent to CashApp $RSVPStudio or via Apple Pay/Zelle (678-895-4185)
*If you are booking, please be prepared to pay your deposit.
*If a deposit is not received within the 48 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled immediately.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Things happen, I get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that is completely fine! All I ask is that you inform me as soon as possible! 24-48 hours in advance is ideal. Those who cancel frequently, or without appropriate notice, will be unable to book with me in the future. You will be notified if this is you. Basic salon procedure......if the appointment is rescheduled the deposit is not refunded but may be applied to future salon services. I do not issue refunds for salon services or deposits. When you reserve an appointment it’s a reserved time slot which is blocked off just for you. I value your time and mines.
