I truly believe that the power of touch can provide healing, from a simple hug, to a relaxing massage, to scar tissue release, to a recovery sports massage and everything in between.

​Since no two people are the same, no two massages can be the same, no standard flow or certain techniques used each time. At the beginning of each session we discuss what is currently going on in your body and in your life to tailor the massage to address specific areas of concern. For that reason, you wont find a long list of services provided, like Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc., as different techniques from each of those modalities may be incorporated into each massage.
