Movement Muscle Therapy

✨ WHAT’S THAT MAGIC YOU FEEL? ✨

It’s one of our favorite things to use in session: Roots Apothecary Muscle Rub. Packed with arnica + essential oils to melt tension and ease pain.

We use this dreamy balm in session when muscles are inflamed, irritated, or just doing the most, and 9 times out of 10 our clients stop mid-massage to say:

🗣 “Wait…what is that?!”

Now you know. And yes, you can take it home.

🎂🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAUREN! 🎉🎂
We seriously don’t know what we’d do without your magic hands, big heart, and the energy you bring to the studio every day. You make our space (and our clients) feel so much better just by being you. We love you tons and hope your birthday is as amazing as you are! 💜✨

It’s officially been ONE YEAR since Lauren and her magic hands joined Movement MT—and what a year it’s been! Thanks to YOU, her schedule has stayed full of the most amazing clients.

To celebrate, we’re giving a little love right back:
$10 off any 60-minute session with Lauren

We’re so lucky to have Lauren and beyond grateful to everyone who keeps her booked and thriving.
Let’s keep the good vibes going—book your May session now!
