Raise the funds and have some fun. 🤩
Our first event to fundraise for the sanctuary since we moved is coming up on September 26th! We named it Fall for FiFi in honor of our adorable FiFi the sheep who has struggled with arthritis since she was very young. She’s an inspiration because she is so resilient and sassy, too. Grab a ticket! Best combination of fun…animals to love, music to enjoy, snacks for munching, and oak trees to relax under. We love our sweet sanctuary and want to share it with you!
Stayin Alive looks like this.

My love plays this song. Pink Floyd- less known.
Here is one of my favorite handmade up-cycled designer Wilmington, NC dresses. This is 15 years ago, almost vintage.

Letting go of pencil shavings when gifted my Dad’s electric pencil sharpener.
Ghosting
Rifling through to locate a soundscape that makes me prime a new tune- “What I Once Was” Glad I keep capturing songs but at what end this time? Self love and reminisce of later days…a type of meditation and mindfulness.
Here is to singing under my shingle, in front of a mirror and furthermore, sharing a muse moment.
Improvisation lead me to squeak out an honest song about cancer pavilion, when the medical jackets want you to stay on their ride for life.
“Sitting at Sickbay” a cute little song about quitting the medical pharma push
Moments of musing from springs of wellness. Mostly, we aim for intentional travel to bring us out of our stagnancy. So we travel or borrow instruments and be about music. Wherever we are, we listen for soundscapes. This is one of my favorite things to do. Not talk, listen.
Be present in the mix of music and with people who resonate.
What else like the soothing engagement humanity thriving and never ends, but for SELAH.
How would my life spin out of control if it were not for all the service and ministry of music, honestly?
