Alittle down time to rest and heal.
Wednesday-I decided to undergo a surgical ankle repair for the torn ligamnets in my lateral ankle. They were completely torn and it was difficult decision to do surgical intervention. I’m doing great so far! Minimal pain and cruising on my crutches 🩼lots of rest too😴
I’m taking the time to go inward. Creating space for finding balance and my highest good for myself and our community. You all know how hard it a for me to chill…but I’m using this time to find space and heal.
Massages and yoga classes are still available at the studio while I heal. I can’t wait to be back but grateful for some down time to take care of my body, mind and spirit. I’ll be excited to announce some new offerings in 2027. Stay tuned for more on that. 👩🏻🏫

Say hello to fall🍂The seasons are changing and this is thw time of year where we find equal light and to darkness. This may signify balance, transition and going inward. Perhaps you may feel called to spend some time journaling about what you’d like to “harvest” and carry with you into the cooler winter months. Or maybe you’d like to find quiet and calm moments to ease your mind, body and spirit.

Today was the last beach practice for the season. We thank you for your presence and support. We’ll see you at our studio and back at the beach in 2027 ~Namaste.
