Dear customers,

Thank you so much for your support and comments. After reflecting on what happened, we’ve decided to leave this matter here.

The two customers ran from the pedicure area, through our entrance doors, and into the parking lot without paying. We have submitted a report along with the footage and identifying images. Out of respect for their privacy, we will not share their faces or any further identifying images publicly.

With two incidents in just one month, we felt we needed to speak up to help prevent this from happening again. We sincerely hope there won’t be a third. Thank you for understanding.

We appreciate everyone who has shown our team kindness and support. We always want you to feel happy with your services. If you have any concerns or feel uncomfortable discussing them in person with our staffs or managers, please email us privately at [email protected] so we can help.

Two customers came in to get their toes done and left without paying. This is the second time we’ve experienced this, and we will no longer let it slide even for a small amount.

The unpaid balance is $50. It may not seem like much, but our team deserves to be paid for their time and hard work. Beauty services are a luxury. If you cannot afford a service, please do not get it.

Updated: They ran right out of their slippers one here, one there in the parking lot. We lost $50 but gained a pair of slippers! 😉

To the customers involved: please contact Unik Nail Bar at (316) 239-1229 or return within 24 hours of this post to settle your balance before we publicly share your photos. We have documented this incident and will take further action if payment is not received.
