What an awesome time getting the crew out at Jonathan Slaven in Winfield Ks on Sunday.
18 powerlifters got pro level bodywork over the weekend! 2 if those were Jonah & Penelope which it’s going to be their 1st Nationals comp.
Very exciting!
Always remember, recover as hard as you train.
I’m booked solid pre comp but have openings after. But they are limited!!! So book them NOW before they’re gone.

We did a lot of bodywork getting them ready and also teaching a local rookie to the massage game Mr. Shaun Weber, some finer points of bodywork. He did amazing!
Give him a shout if you’re in Salina y’all! Shaun

He’s a local to Salina Ks! He’s going to get to meet a crop of local athletes right there in his home town. How cool is that?!?!
He’s no stranger to athletes and he said he’s excited for the opportunity to learn some table work and meet awesome ass lifters who really REALLY need bodywork!
If you haven’t looked out followed the page yet, go do that now. It’s going to be an exciting weekend!
Tomorrow we’ll be introducing Shaun Weber!

My guy! The one the only Enrique, owner of SYMBOLIC TATTOO. Every month or so his arms neck and shoulders cause him pain from doing the most. Painting cars, tattooing, basically anything artistic right! Yea he’s THAT guy!

At symbolic. They got a lot of talent at the shop. And he didn’t come in here for that feel good massage. He came and got some hard work done so he can keep it moving out there for YOU!
