Bamboo Bodyworx - Heated Healing

We saved the best for last! Our scalp class is one that just keeps you coming back for more. If you already have a menu of add ons, this is a top seller! We also love it as a stand alone session. We include upper body work in this class (we cover the posterior neck and/or anything that attaches to the noggin) for an detailed therapeutic approach with a bougie twist of oil pouring for the client.

Join us! Tool orders must be received by November 4th: https://www.bamboobodyworx.com/ces/p/zoom-scalp6ce

Hi there, Amy Kingsley here with an important update to our massage clients.

I wanted to take a moment to share some upcoming changes at Bamboo Bodyworx. As we move into this next chapter, I’ll be returning to a solo massage therapist beginning October 21st. The girls have been amazing at the office and this has been an extremely difficult choice to make.

Transitions like this are never easy, especially when they involve people who you mean to nurture and support. I have learned so much during this mentorship process and I’m incredibly grateful for everything Natalie and Ciara have contributed to Bamboo Bodyworx. They were an absolute joy for me to mentor and watch grow in our time together.

While it’s bittersweet to see this chapter come to a close, I’m hopeful for what lies ahead for each of us as we navigate this change.

Natalie and her family will be relocating to their next military station next month. Her last shift at Bamboo Bodyworx will be October 18th. We are so grateful for her time with us and want to thank her and her family for their service and sacrifices. We wish them safe travels, happiness, and all the best in this next adventure!

Ciara’s last shift will be October 20th, and she will be continuing her massage therapy journey right here in Wichita with her new massage studio, Rooted & Revived. Please email [email protected] if you would like to schedule with Ciara at new location. I’m excited for her as she takes this monumental step, and I know she’ll continue doing wonderful things for her clients!

As for me, I’m looking forward to continuing to serve this amazing community through my solo massage practice. Thank you for your continued support, your loyalty, and for allowing ALL of us to be part of your wellness journey. Your support means more than you know.

With gratitude,
Amy Kingsley, Owner of Bamboo Bodyworx
Licensed Massage Therapist, CE Instructor & Massage Mentor

PS. I include this adorable picture to commemorate the experience and remember the WHY of doing it all. I cherish the lessons learned and wish you both the best!

LAST CALL FOR TMJ in LINCOLN, NEBRASKA! Registration closes this weekend so don't miss out on these amazing classes!

By combining these two classes, you will be able to perform a unique version of intra-oral massage that is beyond comforting to the client and easy on you! So many people that need this work, describe it is as painful to receive, especially at depth or for long periods. By adding our heated tools into the mix, our clients experience less bracing, less discomfort. Our therapists who have taken our classes experience decreased time in their intra-oral holds. They feel their client relaxes better, the tools are easy to hold and mimic what you'd normally be doing so it's easier on their hands too.

About the classes:
TMJ/D Intra-Oral- Day 1 includes lots of hands on, practicing palpation for intra-oral techniques as well as myofascial release for anterior neck and face paired with facial lymphatic drainage for fantastic results.

Join us for Day 2 to add in all our favorite tools, like lymphatic facial cupping to prepare the tissue for heated bamboo tools used during intra-oral massage that will MELT facial tension and begin to sculpt the face. After all those heated tools, those cold tools feel soooo good and will help to relieve sinus/migraine and reduce puffiness/inflammation of the face.
