Amy is an LMT with 11 years of experience, having received her education at the Aspen Massage Institute in Aspen, CO.

Her greatest passion as a massage therapist is helping individuals feel better in their own bodies. She specializes in head, neck, and shoulder work, incorporating trigger point release therapy and targeted therapeutic techniques to relieve tension, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility.

Throughout her career, Amy has worked primarily with athletes and highly active individuals, helping them recover, maintain mobility, and continue doing the activities they love. She also has extensive experience working with older adults, helping them find relief from chronic discomfort and improve their comfort and mobility in everyday life.

Amy believes communication and education are the most important aspects of an effective treatment. Her sessions are open, collaborative, and tailored to each patient's individual needs.
Outside the treatment room, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children. Whether hiking, climbing, skiing, or relaxing by a lake, she loves embracing an active lifestyle and making memories with her family.

Community Coming Back To WW!!

Rachel is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a new yoga teacher looking to build a community of yogis. She blends anatomy, traditional Hatha asanas, and intuitive movement to create a flow that leaves you feeling connected to your body and spirit.

Rachel invites you to join her donation-based community yoga classes at Whitefish Wellness in September.

Need a yoga class to tide you over between massages? Rachel wants to help you relax, relieve pain, and find balance.
