1. Suffering far too long with hair and scalp issues before seeking professional help. Usually with proper early interventions, scalp and hair loss issues can be resolved.
2. Trying countless products for short periods of time expecting results fast. The reality is you should give any real treatment at least 3 months of consistent use.
3. Focusing on covering up the problem with wigs and weaves and not allowing scalp to get air or proper circulation. You should do regular scalp massages to boost circulation and improve hair and scalp health.
