It’s October 4th, so today we’re doing 4 things being an esthetician has taught me 💜

1. People remember how you make them feel.
Of course I want you to leave with smooth skin, but I also want you to feel comfortable, confident & never judged while you’re with me.

2. You never know what someone is carrying.
Some of the best conversations happen on my wax table. We laugh, we vent, we talk about life, relationships, kids, work… literally everything.

3. Consistency really does change everything.
In skincare, waxing, business AND life. Showing up over & over again might not feel exciting in the moment, but eventually you look back & realize how far you’ve come.

4. I picked the right career. 🥹
Ten years later, I still genuinely love what I do. I’ve grown, changed, started over, built Wicked Beauty from scratch, & somehow ended up in the TOP 5 for Best Esthetician of the Ohio Valley. 🦋

That last part still feels a little crazy to say.

So on Day 4, I’m asking for vote #4!

Some of you may know I’m on vacation right now, but this means enough to me that I’m doing a little light work from the beach

This is my first year entering Best of the Ohio Valley, & honestly, just seeing my name under Esthetician feels really special to me.

I’ve worked incredibly hard to build Wicked into what it is, and I’m really proud of how far it’s come. But I also know that I wouldn’t be here without the people who have trusted me, supported me, recommended me to their friends, shared my posts, and continued to come back to me over the years. You guys have allowed me to build a career doing something I genuinely love, and I don’t take that for granted.
