This is the Chaos to Memories staff that scans every photo, converts every movie, and digitizes every film reel. The quality of their work is top notch, but their care for clients and their memories is what I’m most grateful for.
If you’re local, please stop by and say hello! Our studio in Downtown Wheaton is open weekdays 10am-5pm.

Sarah is the "newest" addition to the Chaos to Memories staff! While she joined our Downtown Wheaton studio 7 months ago, she was actually one of the original staff members back when Chaos to Memories was just starting up!
Sarah brings years of photo archival experience and a joyful, steady presence to our studio every day. She loves spending time with her husband and four boys, enjoys design, arts, and poetry, and is always looking to add more weight to the barbell!
Come by our studio during weekdays from 10am-5pm to say hi to Sarah and leave her a comment below!

We are thrilled to announce that in ONE WEEK we'll be hosting James Goldsmith and his gallery in our Downtown Wheaton studio!
James is a long-time Wheaton resident, an avid traveler, and a dedicated nature photographer with a primary focus on avian wildlife.
This collection highlights featured works captured across U.S. National Parks and local wilderness preserves, with an emphasis on the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois. As an active volunteer at the Arboretum, James spent extensive time documenting local species, culminating in his 2025 publication, "100 Birds of the Morton Arboretum".
Recently we delivered another large Family Memory Archive! This family was a delight to work with and we enjoyed turning their chaos into beautiful family memories.
We started with their physical photos, scanning their 12,000 images and storing them in archival storage, saving 80% of space! We then curated their digital collection from 150,000+ images down to 30,000, tagging every photo by date so that their memories were safe, searchable, and shareable.
We LOVE these large projects and would love to do more! If you or anyone you know would benefit from this service, please reach out so we can offer you a free estimate and get to know you.

At Chaos to Memories we go to great lengths to save your memories! This week we had a video tape that was stuck inside an older video camera. It took some work but we were able to save the tape and preserve the memories inside! We love finding new and creative ways to do this job.
We specialize in large archives, unusual formats, and special projects. If you or someone you know has memories that can't be accessed, we can help! Reach out to us or stop by our studio for a free estimate on your Family Memory Archive.
