Healing Hands Of Estacio

✨ Something Beautiful Is Coming… A Powerful Collaboration of Healing ✨

At Healing Hands of Estacio, we believe healing doesn’t have to happen in just one way. Sometimes the most powerful transformations occur when different healing energies come together with one shared purpose — helping you feel whole again.

And something truly special is on the horizon…

🌿 Collaborated Healing Sessions are COMING SOON. 🌿

Susan — Reiki Master & Divine Energy Conduit — will soon be offering collaborated healing sessions inside Healing Hands of Estacio, where her powerful energy work will be paired with the therapeutic care offered within the spa.

🐴🌾 SOMETIMES PEACE HAS A SOUND...

One of my favorite things about waking up at Buena Hill isn't an alarm.

It's something much more beautiful.

On one of those perfectly quiet Lancaster County mornings, you may hear it coming from somewhere down the road...

Clop... clop... clop...

The steady rhythm of a horse pulling an Amish buggy.

And for a moment, you just stop and listen.

Buena Hill is surrounded by Amish farms and families, so horse-drawn buggies aren't something staged for visitors.

They're part of everyday life.

You may see someone traveling by buggy.

Someone riding a bicycle.

Someone using a pedal scooter.

Farmers working the land.

And there's something about being surrounded by a way of life that moves at a different pace that makes me question how quickly the rest of us have decided life needs to move.

Why are we always rushing?

Why does everything have to happen immediately?

Why are we uncomfortable doing nothing?

Maybe faster isn't always better.

Maybe more isn't always necessary.

And maybe slower doesn't mean we're missing something.

Maybe slower allows us to notice more.

More conversation.

More nature.

More gratitude.

More family.

More faith.

More LIFE.

Sometimes the soundtrack of a beautiful morning isn't music.

Sometimes it's simply...

clop... clop... clop. 🐴🤎

📺🚫🌾 WAIT... THERE'S NO TV?!

That's right.

NO TELEVISION.

And do you know what I say?

WHAT A BONUS! 🙌😂

Don't panic—there is Wi-Fi available at Buena Hill, so you can still check directions, make reservations or connect when needed.

But there's no television constantly filling the quiet with more noise.

And after staying here for three years?

I don't miss it.

Because when the TV isn't automatically turned on, something else happens...

You talk.

You laugh.

You go outside.

You feed the chickens, visit the miniature goats and love on the Golden Retrievers.

You sit around the fire.

You play a game.

You listen.

You pray.

You actually notice the people you're traveling with.

Think about how much our minds consume every day—phones, computers, streaming, social media, emails, notifications and news.

Even when our bodies are resting, our minds often aren't.

Buena Hill gives you another option:

QUIET.

Look up.

Look across the fields.

Watch the sunset.

Listen for a horse and buggy traveling down the road.

Have a conversation without something playing in the background.

There is Wi-Fi when you need modern convenience, but no TV competing for your attention.

To me, that's not something Buena Hill is missing.

It's part of what Buena Hill gives you. 🤎

A chance to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with:

🤎 Family
🌿 Nature
🙏 God
✨ Yourself

Sometimes we don't need more entertainment.

Sometimes we simply need permission to BE.

✨ Your Energy Deserves Attention Too ✨

So much of life is spent pouring into others…
showing up… pushing through… holding it all together…

But when was the last time someone held space for you? 💫

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful energy experience that meets you exactly where you are — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It doesn’t force… it flows. It doesn’t rush… it restores. 🌿

With Susan Drayton, Reiki Master & Divine Energy Conduit, you are guided into a space of deep peace, where your energy is rebalanced, your spirit is supported, and your body is invited to finally let go. ✨

This sacred work may help you:
🌿 Release built-up stress and emotional weight
🌿 Calm the nervous system and quiet the mind
🌿 Restore balance and natural energy flow
🌿 Improve clarity, focus, and inner awareness
🌿 Support emotional healing and spiritual connection
🌿 Feel lighter, grounded, and more like yourself again

This is more than relaxation…
this is restoration. 💛

You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
Let yourself receive.

🐓🐐🐕 MEET THE BUENA HILL WELCOMING COMMITTEE!

Some vacation rentals give you a key.

Buena Hill gives you...

🐓 Chickens you can feed.

🐐 Miniature goats.

🐕 And two lovable Golden Retrievers.

Personally?

I consider that quite the upgrade. 😂🤎

One of the things I love most about Buena Hill is that you don't have to manufacture entertainment.

Sometimes you simply...

go outside.

Visit the animals.

Feed the chickens.

Say hello to the goats.

Spend a little time loving on the dogs.

Walk around the property.

Laugh.

Watch.

Breathe.

And maybe even become a little curious again.

And if you're traveling with children, these simple experiences can become some of the moments they remember most.

That's one of the things Buena Hill continually reminds me:

Joy doesn't always have to be elaborate.

We spend so much of our lives looking for the next BIG thing.

The bigger attraction.

The bigger vacation.

The bigger experience.

The bigger screen.

Yet some of the sweetest memories happen in incredibly ordinary moments.

Sometimes joy has feathers.

Sometimes joy has four paws.

And sometimes...

joy has tiny goat hooves. 😂🐐

There is something healing about returning to those uncomplicated moments.

No agenda.

No expectations.

Just connection—to animals, to nature, to family and to the present moment.

And maybe that's another reason Buena Hill feels so different.

It reminds you that sometimes simple really is enough.

✨ When Sleep Feels Out of Reach… Reiki Can Help Restore Rest ✨

For those who suffer from insomnia, nighttime can feel frustrating and exhausting. The body is tired, yet the mind refuses to settle. Thoughts race, muscles remain tense, and the nervous system stays stuck in a state of alertness long after the day has ended.

Many people don’t realize that sleep struggles are often connected to an overactive nervous system. Stress, emotional strain, anxiety, and daily pressures can keep the body locked in a “fight-or-flight” mode — making deep, restorative sleep difficult to reach.

This is where Reiki can offer gentle, supportive relief.

Through calming, intentional energy work, Susan Drayton helps guide the body into a deeply relaxed state, encouraging the nervous system to shift into the rest-and-restore mode that allows the body and mind to finally unwind.

Clients who struggle with insomnia often report experiencing:

🌙 Deep relaxation throughout the body
🌙 A quieting of racing thoughts
🌙 Reduced tension in the nervous system
🌙 A feeling of emotional calm and grounding
🌙 Improved ability to fall asleep and stay asleep

Reiki sessions are peaceful, nurturing, and designed to help the body reconnect with its natural rhythms. When the mind softens and the body relaxes, sleep can begin to return more naturally.

At Healing Hands of Estacio, Susan offers a tranquil, compassionate space where you can step away from the stress of the day and allow your body the opportunity to truly rest.

✨ Sometimes the first step to better sleep…
is giving your body permission to relax.
