6 years in business & another year of life. 🎂✨🤎

Six years ago, I started Yenisse Nails with a dream, a passion for nails, and absolutely no idea where this journey would take me. I just knew I wanted to create something that was mine.

And here we are… 6 years later. 🥹

There were seasons where I questioned myself. Times when business was slow, times when I compared my journey to others, moments when I wondered if all the work I was putting in would ever pay off. But one thing I kept doing was showing up.

And if these six years have taught me anything, it’s that consistency will take you places that motivation alone never could.

People always say that around years 5–6, you finally start seeing your business bloom and now I understand what they mean. What people see today didn’t happen overnight. It came from years of practicing, learning, investing in my education, making mistakes, starting over, improving my craft, creating content when nobody was watching, building relationships with my clients, and continuing even when things weren’t moving as quickly as I wanted.

So if you’re building something right now and wondering whether you should keep going: please don’t give up just because it hasn’t bloomed yet. 🌸

Your timeline doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Keep learning. Keep evolving. Keep planting those seeds. Keep showing up. One day you’ll look around and realize that the things you once prayed for are slowly becoming your reality.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me, every person who has shared my work, supported my content, recommended my business, encouraged me, collaborated with me, or simply watched this journey unfold. You’ve all been a part of these six years. 🤎

Attending the Booksy Live Fashion Awards was never just about winning for me. I came to experience the moment, celebrate how far Yenisse Nails has come, connect with other amazing artists, and simply be present in a room I once could only imagine being in.
