Cooler temps + drier air = time to give your skin a little extra love. Think more hydration, protecting that skin barrier, and swapping in products that keep your glow going all season long.
Here’s what I’m doing to prep my skin for the cooler days ahead:
Hydrating + replenishing
Supporting my skin barrier
Gentle exfoliation (not overdoing it!)
SPF, because yes, you still need it in fall
And a little extra moisture where my skin needs it most

It’s fall y’all!! 🍁🍂🍁
Happy first day of Fall! 🍂🎃 Cooler air, less humidity, and indoor heat can leave skin feeling dry, itchy, dull, or a little more sensitive than usual. This is your reminder to slow down, check in with your skin, and give your barrier some extra love this season!
A few simple seasonal switches:
• Gently exfoliate with Refine Polish once or twice a week to help keep dullness at bay. Avoid exfoliating more than that to prevent irritation.
• Reach for a richer moisturizer, like Saffron Meristem Cream, to nourish the skin barrier.
• Keep applying Broad Spectrum SPF 30 daily even when it’s cloudy! UV rays are harmful year round.
