This is why so much of the work I do focuses on your fascia.

In a groundbreaking discovery, scientists have revealed that fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every organ, muscle, and cell in the body, forms a quantum electromagnetic network. This network plays a crucial role in communication throughout the body, potentially acting as the primary system for transmitting information, even surpassing the traditional role of the nervous system.

Fascia, once thought to merely provide structural support, is now recognized for its far-reaching influence on the bodys functions. The quantum electromagnetic signals it produces help coordinate cell-to-cell communication, influencing everything from movement to immune responses. This discovery could completely redefine how we understand the bodys communication systems, suggesting that fascia acts as a fast, efficient, and widespread network connecting all cells.

This new insight has implications for various medical fields, including pain management, movement disorders, and chronic illness. Researchers believe that understanding how fascia interacts with cells on a quantum level could lead to innovative treatments for conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and even neurological diseases.

The revelation that fascia serves as a primary communication system is a major step forward in the study of human anatomy and could revolutionize how we approach healthcare. It underscores the complexity of the human body and the interconnectedness of all its systems.

What are your thoughts on this potential new role for fascia? How could this change our approach to medicine in the future?

3 1/2 weeks after tearing my meniscus and spraining my left MCL, I no longer need a brace and I’m limping less and less every day.

The body has an innate ability to heal itself when given what it needs; proper treatment, proper rest, proper exercise, proper mindset AND proper nutrition!

Just 16 days after tearing my medial meniscus and suffering a sprain of my medial collateral ligament (all in my left knee), I’m able to do banded goblet squats with a 30lb dumbbell.

The band helps to strengthen my hip abductors (outer hips) to help keep my knee from buckling in. I can’t get into deep knee flexion yet without pain but I’m close to getting my thighs parallel to the ground. I’ve been working on my knee every day and this shows how well and quickly the body can heal when you give it what it needs.

Using MPS (microcurrent point stimulation) to help with healing.

Using infrared heat to help with pain relief. Infrared light penetrates deeper into the tissues where it helps to stimulate cellular activity and increase localized blood flow by vasodilating the blood vessels. This helps the healing process. I’m using the infrared sauna 5-6 days/week right now.

Occlusion strapping for my knee. After this I was able to do 2000m on the rower without pain so I can continue do get my cardio in while I rehab my knee.

Voodoo flossing my knee to help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, reduce pain and improve mobility. It’s a compression technique that’s quick, easy and effective.

This was Tuesday. I’m wearing a compression sleeve on my knee to help with lymph movement and swelling and also a brace for support.

Another benefit of these is that they provide proprioceptive feedback to the central nervous system. That’s real time input letting the brain know where the knee is in relation to the rest of my body. This assists the knee in keeping it from going into a compromised position further stressing the structures in the joint.

A little over 24 hrs ago while out on a run, I stepped on a walnut which caused my knee to buckle in extreme pain immediately. Preliminary orthopedic thought after visiting urgent care is probable MCL sprain and possible damage to the medial meniscus.

I am in the office seeing clients. I have a follow up appointment on Friday. I’ve never really had a serious injury before so I thought I would use myself as a case study to document the recovery services and manual and movement based therapies I use here in my recovery center. I’ll be providing pictures and instructional videos over the next several weeks on what I do and how the body heals from injury.
