💪WHERE FITNESS + FAITH MEET 🙏
đź’•Serving busy Christian women through workouts & bible studies
Persistence gets you started.
Consistency changes you.
Gratitude changes how you see the journey.
This is true in our faith AND our fitness.
Keep showing up. Keep praying. Keep exercising. Keep making the next healthy choice—even when you don’t see immediate results.
And along the way, thank God for the body you have, the strength you’re building, and the opportunity to care for what He’s given you.
You don’t need perfection.
You need faithfulness. 🤍

The #1 skill that can change your habits, help you reach your goals, and shape the person you become is learning to act the way you want to feel.
In this episode, I share how I practice this in real life — in my marriage, my workouts, my eating habits, and the everyday choices that shape my character.
Sometimes the feeling comes first. But very often, the action does.

My days are numbered. I don’t want to waste a single one.
I believe God desires an abundant life for me—one that reflects His character, uses the gifts He’s given me, and blesses the people around me.
He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us. — Ephesians 3:20
His power is at work in me. But I still have a part to play.
I have to take the faithful next step. Build the habits. Grow spiritually. Care for myself physically and emotionally. Use what He’s given me well.
I don’t want to leave this world without becoming all God created me to be.
Every new day is another opportunity to keep becoming. What a gift. 🤍

Sometimes prayer looks like praying the same prayer one more time and trusting God one more day.
Prayer isn’t about getting God to do our will. It’s about learning to trust His.
He is good. He is listening. And He is working—even when we can’t yet see it. 🙏🏻🤍

We can easily drift out of good habits. We can even drift into habits we never intended to develop.
But we don’t usually drift into the life we want.
The things that matter require intention. They require a place in our lives.
That’s what these 8 habits are helping me do this fall—not pursue perfection, but intentionally make room for the things that help me care for my body, grow in my faith, strengthen my relationships, keep learning, and become the person I’m becoming.
When I get off track, I get back to it. When I have a hard week, I begin again.
