Ocean State Oasis

One thing I encourage my clients to do after a massage is listen to their bodies. I always say see how you’re feeling in the next few days and we will go from there!

You might feel ready to take on the rest of your day, or you might feel like doing absolutely nothing and that’s okay! There is no one size fits all approach, it’s just about listening to your body and what it needs at that time 😊

Save these tips for after your next massage ✨

This is the space where you get to slow down and relax. Whether you’re carrying tension, feeling overwhelmed, or just need some time to yourself… there’s always room for you here 🤍

Your October to-do list 😊

Getting a massage is one of those rare moments where you don’t have to do anything. No errands. No notifications. No to-do list. Just your time to breathe, relax, and let your body unwind 🫶🏻💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♂️

✨ A little Friday reminder… ✨

You made it through the week.
You handled the busy days.
You took care of everyone else.

Now it’s time to take a little care of YOU🤍

Take a deep breath. Slow down. Do something that makes you feel good.

You deserve rest—not just when you’ve earned it, but simply because you’re human. 🌿

Happy Friday! 🥰
Here’s to a relaxing weekend ahead. 🙌🏻
