As L&L turns 55 years this year, its hard to believe the man who started it all turns 80!
Alongside Kaye, he has created decades of memories and touched the lives of so many people who are fortunate enough to know him.
Today we celebrate 80 incredible years of a one-of-a-kind husband, father, grandfather, friend, and all-around great guy. Not to mention a pretty great boss!
Happy 80th Birthday, Mike! May your day be filled with the people you love and great memories. 🎉❤️🏎️

After 38 incredible years, Cheryl McGrane is officially hanging up her shears ✂️
Cheryl started with us back in 1988 when you could smoke in the break room and the hair was BIG…and she's been making us laugh
For nearly four decades, she’s been fun, dedicated, and always someone you could count on. She’s not just part of the team… she’s family.
Now her kids are grown and thriving, and she and Eric are off to enjoy a happy (and probably hilarious) retirement together ❤️
Cheryl, we love you so much. Thank you for 38 unforgettable years. Welcome to the L&L Hall of Fame with Barb and Winnie—you’ve definitely earned your spot 🏆
