Happy New Year friends!

Sharing the new Cancellation/No Show policy.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service at your next appointment.

If you fail to show up to your appointment with no notice, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the service before booking your next appointment.

If you are late for your appointment and there’s not enough time to complete all the services you’re scheduled for, you will still be charged the full amount for the time booked.

I understand life happens. Bad weather happens. Emergencies happen. Babies get sick. I will work with you as much as I can but I would like for everyone to recognize this is how I provide for my family. When you don’t show up for your appointment and don’t give me a heads up, I miss out on that income, plus the income from filling your spot.

I would also like to mention that there will be a $5-$10 price increase for every service!

We’re MOVING! Cypress Salon is moving two doors down in the Mossy Oak Mall. As of today, all appointments will be in the new location! Change is good. We’re excited for you all to see the new space. See you soon!

Hey friends!

Most of you guys know that I had surgery yesterday.(I’ll spare you the details) I am home and recovering! Everything went great!

I am off work the next 2-3 weeks. If you have an appointment in September, I will be in contact with you about whether I am released to go back to work. I won’t open my online book up until October to give me control over my work day!

Thank you for your prayers and your messages! I have wonderful family and friends helping me through this!
