Yesterday, I had the opportunity to sit on a panel with JTM 💛✨ and share a little bit of my journey building 711 Glow. 💜

Being based in West New York especially near Bergenline, has allowed me to serve such a multicultural community. Being bilingual has been one of my biggest advantages not only because I can communicate with my clients in both English and Spanish, but because my clients have helped me become even more confident in my Spanish. 🫶🏼

One thing I also spoke about: esthetician school taught me the skill, but becoming a business owner required a completely different education. I had to learn how to be an esthetician AND a businesswoman branding, marketing, client experience and everything in between.

Here’s the truth about lash extension before and after videos…

Just because you love a lash set on someone else does NOT mean it’s going to look exactly the same on you.

Your eye shape, natural lashes, lash direction, density, and even how much your natural lashes can safely hold all affect the final result.

That’s why I don’t believe in copying and pasting the same lash map on every client.
