Donating your time is one of the most honorable things someone can do. Money you can always get back, but not your time. It’s amazing how a haircut can turn a cool experience for the kids into an even better one.

The other day I had the privilege of speaking with the students at AIB School in St. Petersburg.

There’s something special about barbers who are just coming out of school. Some shop owners avoid hiring them because they lack experience, but I see it differently. Those are the barbers who are hungry, motivated, and ready to learn.

If you invest time into teaching them the right habits, skills, and mindset, they can go on to build amazing careers.

Big thanks to Mrs. Rachel for the invitation. It’s always a pleasure stopping by and giving back to the next generation of barbers.

The future of this industry is sitting in those classrooms.
