A little mother-daughter time is good for the soul. ❤️
A few days away from the busyness of life. A few days to reset our energy with hiking, sound baths, massages, meditation, and simply enjoying each other’s company.
So grateful for this time with my girl.
Sedona, you were exactly what we needed! 🏜️❤️

Fall reminds us that there can be beauty in slowing down, letting go of what no longer serves us, and making space for growth. Not everything is meant to be carried forever, and sometimes the most healing thing we can do is trust the season we’re in. 🍂

Hello, October 🍂
It’s been a little while! The end of summer got busy, but fall always makes me want to get back into a routine and reset a little.
Here’s your reminder to make some time for yourself, too. 🤎
October appointments are open.

Touch is one of the most powerful forms of healing when it’s safe, intentional, and caring.

☀️ Summer Massage Tip ☀️
Don’t forget the sunscreen! 🧴
Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and protecting it helps prevent sunburn, premature aging, and reduces your risk of skin cancer.
If you do end up with a sunburn, it’s best to wait until your skin has healed before getting a massage. Sunburned skin is already inflamed, and massage can make it even more uncomfortable. Depending on the severity, I may need to avoid those areas or wait until your skin has had time to heal.
💙 I’ve been reaching for Blue Lizard® Mineral Sunscreen lately, but the best sunscreen is the one you’ll actually wear consistently!
Do you have a favorite sunscreen? ☀️

Today, celebrate freedom, including the freedom to rest.
Whether you’re spending today with family, friends, or enjoying a quiet moment alone, I hope you find a little time to recharge.
Wishing you a safe, joyful, and relaxing Fourth of July!
This trip was a reminder that we don’t get to control every obstacle in our path.
We traveled to Hot Springs for a continuing education class that ended up being canceled. We visited a few restaurants only to find they were out of what we wanted to order. Nothing major, just little reminders that things don’t always go according to plan.
Watching the water flow, I couldn’t help but think about how often we waste energy fighting reality instead of adapting to it.
Water doesn’t force its way around obstacles.
It flows.
And somehow it still reaches where it’s meant to go.
Maybe there’s a lesson in that. 💙

What if the healing wasn’t just in the water?
One of my favorite things about visiting Hot Springs wasn’t just the bathhouses—it was realizing how many people have come here seeking healing.
For thousands of years, people have gathered around these thermal waters. Long before modern spas and wellness trends, the springs offered a place to rest, recover, and reconnect.
In the heyday of the bathhouses, visitors didn’t just soak in the thermal water. Many followed a routine that included mineral baths, massage, exercise, fresh air, sunshine, and plenty of rest.
People believed the waters themselves held special healing powers. Maybe they did, or maybe part of the magic was something simpler: slowing down long enough to care for the body and mind.
As a massage therapist, I couldn’t help but appreciate that massage has been part of the healing experience here for generations. While the tools and techniques may have changed, the goal remains the same—to help people feel better, move better, and reconnect with themselves.
Some things never change. 💙

One of my favorite things about massage therapy is that every therapist brings something different to the table. Some clients want deep therapeutic work, some want relaxation, some want energy work and nervous system support, and many want a mix of it all.
There truly isn’t one “best” massage therapist for everyone. The best therapist is the one who makes you feel heard, comfortable, safe, and supported in your healing journey.
When you find someone whose approach matches what your body and nervous system need… you just know. ✨
I’m always grateful when someone trusts me enough to say, “This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.” Those moments never get old. 💛
