Our goal is for you to walk into your wedding day feeling confident, relaxed, and knowing you’re in good hands. ✨
Because what people don’t always realize about being a makeup artist is just how much goes into keeping that kit stocked, clean, fresh and ready for every client.
Lashes. Mascara wands. Q-tips. Sponges. Wipes. Disposables. Foundations. Concealers. Skin prep. And somehow I’m always running out of something. 😂
Bridal season? Forget it. I feel like I’m constantly placing an order.
By the end of the year, the amount we spend replenishing our kits can be pretty wild.
Makeup artists, tell me I’m not alone… 😂 What are you constantly buying or replenishing in your kit? ⬇️
And to my non-makeup-artist friends… now you know where some of that money goes! 😂💄💸
And before the driving police arrive 😂… I was NOT driving while filming this. Promise!
Look closely 👀
I’m seeing more and more women coming into my makeup chair with a social media post of women who are supposed to be in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s but look decades younger.
And I want to talk about something that really concerns me.
Some of these women are COMPLETELY AI-generated.
Others are real women who are using AI to alter their photos and videos before posting them. They’re putting their photos/vidoes through AI and tweaking their reality dramatically.
So even when the woman is real, the version of her you’re looking at may not be.
The skin has no natural texture. No flaws. No normal imperfections. And when you watch the videos, you can sometimes see in the way they move, blink, make facial expressions, and how their features change from one frame to the next.
Once you know what to look for, it can be really obvious.
And here’s why I care about this so much.
These account accounts may be sharing legitimate information about Skincare, Makeup, Fitness on nutrition. And if someone has figured out how to use AI to build a business and make money, I’m not here to discourage their hustle.
I’m here to educate the women watching and comparing themselves.
Because online beauty culture isn’t only affecting young girls.
It’s affecting adult women too.
I see women comparing their real faces, real skin and real bodies to these images and wondering what they’re doing wrong.
Please don’t.
You can look and feel your best at any age.
There’s so much we can do to feel beautiful as we get older.
A good Dermatologist.
Movement and strength.
Good nutrition.
Taking care of your skin.
And yes, I make up artist who can teach you what actually works for your face. 🙋🏼♀️
there is so much we can do to feel beautiful as we get older.
But we shouldn’t be chasing an image that was created or dramatically altered on a computer.
You can take the advice. Just don’t use the image as you’re measuring stick. Be curious and careful about what you’re consuming.
And most importantly, don’t let an AI-generated or AI-altered face and body make you question your own.
Sending you all my love ❤️
Three women. Three makeup bags. One personalized makeup class. 💄🤍
I recently had the best time teaching a private makeup class, where we covered everyday makeup basics, techniques and little tricks that make getting ready feel easier and more confident.
Each woman brought in the makeup she’s currently using, and we went through it together. I reviewed their makeup bags, showed them how to use what they already have, and suggested a few products to fill in the blanks.
I love teaching makeup because it’s not about following a bunch of “rules.” It’s about learning what works for YOU, understanding your products and brushes, and feeling like you can actually recreate the look when you’re standing in your own bathroom.
I’m known for my personalized makeup lessons, and these small group classes have become increasingly popular. And honestly, after this class, I can see why! ✨
Private makeup lessons can be one-on-one or in a group of 3, and are perfect for anyone who wants to brush up on the basics, update their routine or finally learn how to use all those products sitting in their makeup bag. 💄
If you’ve ever thought, “I wish someone would just show me how to do thi…” this might be for you. 😉

Apparently, I’ll do just about anything for my brides. 😂☔️🥾🤍 Even a Nor’easter couldn’t keep me away! Two coats, Hunter Boots, Makeup Kit and I am ready to roll. 💄

There are some bridal galleries that are simply too beautiful not to share. 🤍
This bride wanted something very specific: an ultra-natural makeup look that still felt like her.
And that is one of my favorite things about bridal makeup. It isn’t about making you look like someone else. It’s about making you look like the most beautiful version of yourself.
Her classic gown, timeless style and effortless beauty all came together so beautifully. The makeup was soft, natural and comfortable in person, while still giving her the definition she needed to photograph beautifully.
That balance is everything.
Your makeup needs to look beautiful when you’re standing face-to-face with the people you love, and it needs to translate just as beautifully in your photographs.
When those two things come together, the result is magic. ✨
